Biu Biu 私隱政策
歡迎使用 Biu Biu（以下簡稱「本服務」）。本服務由 Infinverse（以下簡稱「我們」）提供，本私隱政策說明當您使用 Biu Biu 應用程式及相關服務時，我們如何收集、使用及保護您的個人資料。
1. 我們收集的資料
我們僅收集提供分帳服務所必需的資料：
- 帳戶基本資料：當您使用 Infinverse 帳戶登入時，我們會處理您的電郵地址、顯示暱稱、個人簡介、頭像、帳號名稱及應用程式偏好設定（如語言、外觀主題與預設貨幣）。本服務不會儲存您的密碼。
- 群組與分帳紀錄：您建立或參與的群組資料、活動名稱、消費金額、幣別、付款與分攤紀錄。
- 裝置權限（相機與相簿）：僅在您主動上傳頭像或掃描群組邀請 QR Code 時請求權限，不會在背景讀取您的相簿或聯絡人。
- 基本安全紀錄：為維護服務穩定與帳戶安全所需之基本連線紀錄。
- 使用紀錄：登入的裝置（應用程式產生的裝置識別碼、平台、應用程式版本、IP 位址及使用時間）、主要操作（例如建立群組、新增活動）及每日使用情況。
2. 資料使用目的
- 提供帳戶登入、跨裝置資料同步、群組分帳計算及報表匯出功能。
- 讓您與群組成員共同檢視及管理分帳紀錄。
- 維護服務安全與回應您的客戶支援查詢。
- 統計及改善服務，以及管理登入的裝置（例如在您要求時登出某部裝置）。
- 向您發送與使用本服務有關的服務通知。
3. 資料分享
除以下必要情況外，我們不會向第三方揭露您的個人資料：
- 同群組成員：您加入分帳群組後，同群組成員可檢視您的顯示名稱、帳號、頭像及該群組內的共同分帳紀錄。
- 服務運作與法律要求：僅於維持認證與雲端基礎服務運作所需，或應適用法律之明確要求時處理。
- 服務通知：服務通知由 Infinverse 代本服務發送至您 Infinverse 帳戶的已驗證電郵地址。
4. 資料保留與刪除帳戶
- 您可隨時於應用程式內前往「個人與設定 → 帳戶與安全 → 永久刪除帳戶」直接刪除帳戶。
- 帳戶刪除後，您的個人識別資料、頭像及好友關係將立即永久清除；為維持其他群組成員既有活動之帳目平衡，歷史分帳數值將以匿名方式（「已刪除的使用者」）保留。
- 使用紀錄最多保留 2 年，期滿後自動刪除；刪除帳戶時一併刪除。不含個人資料的匯總統計數字可能會保留。
5. 資料安全與您的權利
所有資料傳輸均採用加密連線保護。您可隨時於應用程式內查閱、修改個人資料，或刪除您的帳戶。本服務不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會故意收集兒童之個人資料。

Biu Biu Privacy Policy
Welcome to Biu Biu ("the Service"), provided by Infinverse ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Biu Biu application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service:
- Account Information: When you sign in with your Infinverse account, we process your email address, display name, bio, avatar, account handle, and app preferences (such as language, appearance, and default currency). We do not store your password.
- Group & Expense Data: Group details, activity names, expense amounts, currencies, and settlement records you create or join.
- Device Permissions (Camera & Photos): Requested only when you actively upload an avatar or scan a group invite QR code. We never access your photos or contacts in the background.
- Basic Security Logs: Standard connection logs required to maintain service reliability and account security.
- Usage Records: The devices you sign in on (a device identifier generated by the app, platform, app version, IP address and times of use), main actions (such as creating a group or adding an activity) and daily use.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide sign-in, cross-device synchronization, expense splitting, and statement export features.
- To allow you and your group members to view and manage shared bills.
- To maintain service security and respond to support inquiries.
- To produce statistics, improve the Service and manage signed-in devices (for example, to sign a device out at your request).
- To send you service notices about your use of the Service.
3. Information Sharing
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except:
- Shared Group Members: Members of a group you join can view your display name, handle, avatar, and shared expense records within that group.
- Service Operations & Legal Compliance: As strictly necessary to operate core authentication and cloud infrastructure, or when required by applicable law.
- Service Notices: Service notices are sent by Infinverse on behalf of the Service to the verified email address of your Infinverse account.
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
- You can permanently delete your account at any time inside the app via Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account.
- Upon deletion, your personal profile data, avatar, and friend connections are immediately erased. To preserve accounting balances for other members in existing shared activities, historical expense figures remain in anonymized form ("Deleted User").
- Usage records are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted automatically, and are deleted with your account. Aggregate statistics that contain no personal data may be kept.
5. Security & Your Rights
All data transmissions are protected with encryption. You may view, update, or delete your account information at any time within the app. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
